Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit; and there are varieties of service, but the same Lord; and there are varieties of activities, but it is the same God who empowers them all in everyone. To each is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good."

- 1 Corinthians 12:4-7 (NIV)

calvary gospel care ministry

At Calvary Gospel Church, we believe in surrounding our members with love, support, and spiritual guidance, especially during challenging times. Our new Care Ministry is a reflection of our commitment to being a source of strength and comfort for both our congregation and their families.

The Care Team Ministry is committed to helping and supporting our members with their health needs. Our mission is to offer practical help, emotional comfort, and spiritual encouragement to those facing health challenges or seeking guidance in maintaining their well-being.
Our Care Ministry Includes:

  • Physicians: Working closely with our ministry to ensure the physical well-being of those in need.

  • Nurses: Providing compassionate care and attention, guided by Christian principles.

  • Social Workers: Offering emotional support and helping navigate life’s difficulties with faith-centered guidance.

  • Hospice Aides: Assisting with daily needs, ensuring that every individual is treated with dignity and respect.

  • Ministry Team Members: Collaborating to provide holistic care that addresses both physical and spiritual needs.

  • Bereavement Coordinators: Supporting families through loss, offering comfort, counseling, and prayer during their time of grief.
  • Spiritual Coordinators: Leading in prayer, offering spiritual counsel, and providing a strong foundation in God’s word.

  • Volunteers: Serving with a heart of Christ, bringing joy, companionship, and practical help to those in need.

  • Calvary Gospel Community: Standing together as a church family, united in faith and love, ready to support one another in every season.
Our Care Ministry is about more than just meeting needs—it's about embodying the love of Christ in everything we do. Each part of our ministry works together, ensuring that our church members and their families are cared for in body, mind, and spirit. At Calvary Gospel Church, you are never alone; we are here to walk with you, pray with you, and support you every step of the way.
